BOXING will once again see Leeds-born Josh Warrington take on Kiko Martinez to become world featherweight champion.

Warrington’s last bout ended in a technical draw after a heads-up with Mauricio Lara in round two, with the Mexican unable to continue.

The Leeds-born fighter last faced Martinez in 2017, defeating the Spanish fighter on points to retain his featherweight title.

Martinez captured the IBF featherweight title after an impressive sixth-round TKO of Kid Galahad in November.

After testing positive for Covid-19 in January, there were fears the fight could be postponed, but this has not been the case and the two will lock horns again on March 26.
